Leighton United have an extremely successful Ladies and Girls section which has grown year upon year.  Last season for the first time Leighton Ladies played in the 1st round proper of the Woman's FA Cup and during their season went on to achieve more success.

The girls teams are also highly successful and under the management of Trevor Smith have achieved a number of awards last season.
